1. Where we ship from
Orders are dispatched from our third-party logistics (3PL) partner located in the United States.
2. Where we ship to
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the 50 states and selected US territories where carrier service is available.
We do not yet ship to addresses outside the United States. If you would like us to expand to your region, please sign up to our newsletter - we will announce as soon as international shipping becomes available.
3. Processing time
We aim to ship orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) processing can take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays start processing on the next business day. We will note any longer processing times on the Site if they apply.
4. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times below are estimates only and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They depend on the carrier and the destination.
- Standard shipping (contiguous 48 states): 3-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping (where offered): 2-4 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 5-10 business days.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the carrier service you select. You will see the exact amount before you pay. We may offer free standard shipping above a minimum order value - current promotions are shown on the Site.
6. Carriers and tracking
Depending on destination and service level, we use carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will offer a re-ship at your cost or refund the goods less the original outbound shipping.
8. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, household members, your local post office, and the carrier's tracking page first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Recovery and replacement options depend on the carrier's findings.
9. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number - see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. PO Boxes, APO / FPO / DPO, and remote locations
Most carrier services accept PO Box and APO / FPO / DPO addresses, though delivery times can be longer. Some remote locations or specialty services may not be available - if there is a problem, we will contact you before charging.
