https://stainlessjewellery.com (the "Site") is operated by Stainless Jewelry LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Missouri, United States, Charter Number LC014704920, with its registered office at 117 S Lexington Street, STE 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Stainless Jewelry LLC, trading as The Stainless Jewelry.

• "Customer", "you" means the individual placing an order or otherwise using the Site.
• "Products" means the jewellery items offered for sale on the Site.
• "Order" means an offer by you to purchase one or more Products.
• "Contract" means the contract of sale formed between you and us when we accept your Order in accordance with section 5.

To place an order, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must also have a valid shipping address within the United States, including its territories where supported. Orders to addresses outside the United States cannot be fulfilled at this time and will be cancelled and refunded. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We do our best to present Products accurately. Photos, descriptions, weights, and measurements are intended as a guide only. Small variations in colour, finish, and dimensions are normal for stainless steel jewellery and are not defects. Stock availability is shown at checkout and is not guaranteed until your Order has been accepted.

When you submit an Order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email - this is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your offer. A binding Contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email indicating that your Products have been shipped. Until then, we may decline or cancel the Order, in full or in part, including (without limitation) where:

• the Product is out of stock or has been discontinued;
• there has been an obvious error in pricing or product description;
• we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
• we suspect fraudulent activity, identity issues, or breach of these Terms;
• the shipping address is outside the United States.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable US sales tax where shown, but exclude shipping fees. Prices may change at any time before an Order is accepted.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment details you authorise us (or our processor) to charge the total Order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

If your payment cannot be authorised, we will not accept your Order. If a refund becomes due under these Terms, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, carrier options, and applicable charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under applicable United States federal and state law.

All content on the Site - including the The Stainless Jewelry name and logos, product photography, copy, layout, design, code, and other materials - is owned by or licensed to Stainless Jewelry LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except where applicable law allows.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content") - for example by leaving a product review - you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with our business, including marketing. You confirm that your User Content is your own, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the rights of any third party;
• upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means;
• submit false or fraudulent orders, including with stolen payment credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site, the accuracy of the content, or the fitness of the Products for any particular purpose, beyond those warranties expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot, under applicable law, be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Contract or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Products that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.

This section does not exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot, under applicable law, be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stainless Jewelry LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under any Contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, sanctions, carrier failures, or major outages of telecommunications, payment, or logistics infrastructure.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an Order will govern that Order. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms shows when they were last revised.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site and any Order. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
